Comments about Green Mountain Coffee K-Cup Café Escapes Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa:
This is the worst hot cocoa I have ever tasted. Why do they add sucralose, just so they can make it taste awful? Use simple, natural ingredients. Glad I received this as a sample. I cannot imagine buying it! Yuck!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Tastes Like Fake Sugar
By Not On A Diet

I just wanted some hot chocolate. Wasn't looking for a cup of hot, liqid, fake sugar. I'd have preferred if it was less sweet instead of having fake sugar in it. That stuff tastes yucky, gives me headache and digestive problems. So why would I want to consume it?The bummer is since I've been trying these K-cups I've found most sweetened drinks seem to have fake sugar in them, even though they'd be better w/ just a dash of sugar! Examples of the same are hot ciders, chai latte, sweet tea, mochas. Why can't the companies make some with fake sugar for the people who want that sort of thing and one with real sugar for the rest of us? My guess is that the fake sugar is saving them money one way or the other.

Tasted the sucralose. Should be more prominently labelled with the fake sugar.
Tastes like burnt rubber
By Coffee girl
from Ft. Morgan, CO
This is the worst beverage I have ever attempted to drink. It tastes like burnt rubber with an aftertaste of melted plastic. I can't believe I wasted $12 on a box of these, although I would pay double that to never have to drink them again.

I am not a coffee or tea drinker so I was excited to find this hot chocolate. However, since then my excitement has turned to disappointment. At first glance, the product appears to be free of saturated and trans fats (the Nutrition Facts state 0g of each) but on closer inspection I found the % Daily Value to actually be 18% per cup. To clarify this discrepancy I turned to the ingredients list and was disappointed to find hydrogenated coconut oil which would in fact contain saturated and trans fats. Further to that, I continued reading to find that this product also contains sucralose. I am normally not concerned when artifical sweeteners are used to replace sugar but this is IN ADDITION to glucose-fructose and sugar (totaling 5g of sugar per serving). Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing this product again. I think they could do it a lot better.

Why would you change the original Green Mountain Hot Cocoa for this nasty tasting concoction! I am using my very last of the original as I type. When the new stuff arrived at the office, I was so looking forward to my chocolate fix...I took 2 sips...the second only because I thought my taste buds were playing tricks on me...and dumped it out...it tasted like pure chemicals....hardly anyone drinks it anymore...I don't think we've opened a new box in over a year...I think the odd person mixes the new stuff with coffee to make it palettable. Why on earth do companies like yours replace a good product with something so substandard...I will never understand! Bring back the original...PLEASE!
Shake the K-Cup Milk Choc before use.

Can't find it in enough stores around. Be sure to shake it up first before putting in Keurig Brewer. MUCH BETTER THAN THE DARK CHOCOLATE!! Thank you for making it and please don't stop.

I'm with all the people who say bring back the old hot cocoa....much better. Tried both the dark and milk chocolate and I much prefer the old style. Please bring it back.

I am a artificial sweetner user, and this cocoa is just NASTY! Why would you discontinue that AMAZING Green Mountain Hot Cocoa in favor of this stuff?! Thankfully I didn't buy it, they're in the break room at work, but I won't be having any more either! YUCK! BRING GREEN MOUNTAIN BACK!!!
