How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

In the footer of the email, click “unsubscribe” to be removed from our mailing list. It may take us up to 10 days to process your request.

I’ve forgotten my password, can you send it?
Answer

If you’ve forgotten your password, click sign in, then “Forgot Your Username/Password?” to have a new, temporary password sent to you. You’ll then need to go to the My Account page and change your password. (You may change this to your original password, if you like.)

Do I need to go to Keurig.com and set up a whole new account?
If you have an active account on GreenMountainCoffee.com when we move to Keurig.com we’ll handling all the lifting and moving of your account information. Once we’re set up you’ll be placing your orders at Keurig.com.

You’ll be automatically enrolled in Club Keurig™, an exclusive online program offering you discounts and rewards with your shopping experience.


Are there any benefits to Club Keurig™?

How do I earn Rewards Points?

•    Log-in to your Keurig.com account. From the My Account Page, click Rewards Catalog.

Will you offer the same products?
We will be offering the same beverage products and more –over 250 varieties, including 150 five-count sample size K-cup® boxes for you to try, as well as your favorite seasonal coffees. Keurig.com also offers a selection of brewing accessories.


Where do I go to order?
Once the order functionality on GreenMountainCoffee.com is no longer available you will need to go to www.Keurig.com to access any pre-existing account/order information.  


What will happen to my account / history of orders?
We will transfer all your account information over to Keurig.com, so you easily log on and enjoy all kinds of benefits and rewards found only on Keurig.com.


Can I now “Order” anytime and get a discount?
Yes, one of the great benefits of Keurig.com & Club Keurig™ is you no longer need have a recurring order to receive a discount.  Now you can place any order and receive a discount on all beverage purchases, plus earn Rewards Points.


Can I set up an Auto-Delivery order on Keurig.com?
Yes, Club Keurig™ offers an option to have your orders set up for Auto-Delivery. If you would like to set up a new Auto-Delivery order, place an order for immediate delivery, at checkout select the box for ‘Auto-Delivery’ and then select how often you would like all future order to be delivered.


Can I still get free shipping when I purchase 4 boxes?
Keurig.com offers free shipping on all brewers and for any order over $45.00(to US residents only).


What is Keurig.com shipping policy to Canada?
As of August 24, 2014 the following will apply when shipping to Canada:
•    Keurig.com Standard Shipping Rates for orders under $44.99
•    A documentation & brokerage Fee of $9.95
•    Canadian duties charge on brewers of: 9%
•    Canadian duties charge on accessories of: 5%


What is going to become of GreenMountainCoffee.com?
