Heather Stearns established her Muddy Creek Studio in the woods of North Wolcott, Vermont, near a small creek. Her inspirations range from a beaver-chewed twig to the veins of a fallen leaf. Her sturdy, hand thrown mugs are clearly the work of a craftsperson in tune with her natural surroundings.
