The bitter chocolate flavor is calmed by sweet caramel undertones and finishes with a lingering astringency. Don't know what the heck the guy was drinking when he said it was acidic, but the tones of this blend are quite even. This blend also works well if you one of those coffee drinkers who like to put their own spin on a blend by mixing flavors.
