Our Organic Mexican Select is sourced from farms in Mexico’s classic coffee-growing regions, and it demonstrates convincingly the principle of Terroir, or the influence that the growing region has on the flavor of the bean. It has a lovely, textured body, lush fruit tones, and a spicy cocoa note that’s unique to Mexican coffees. This is a very drinkable cup, and a great introduction to specialty coffees.
