Slow roasting at a low temperature allows this coffee’s complexity to be unwrapped with each sip. A malty sweetness plays with smoky elements that help develop the full bodied cup. The last thing I ever want is a bad cup of coffee. To me that is any cup that's not great. This attitude was amplified when two years ago when I went to Portugal. After tasting their incredible coffee, I became even more of a snob. Everything was then, at best, good, but not what I had in Portugal. Until now. This is it.
