Rating: 89 Points (out of 100)Sweet-toned, roundly floral aroma. In the cup lively, floral-toned acidity; medium-bodied but silky mouthfeel, and continued floral character complemented by orangy citrus. Good as a mid-day pick-me-up. Best black or with a splash of soy for just a hint of creaminess and sweetness without overpowering the bean, which can't stand up to much alteration (or dilution, put away the tall travel mug). Smooth but lacking the richness of Mayorga's MJ.Comment on this review5/19/2012(2 of 2 customers found this review helpful) 3.0Where's the Mocha? By JoanDfrom Magnolia, DEAbout Me Everyday DrinkerProsEasy To UseConsNo mocha flavorBest UsesHomeComments about Timothy's Coffee Timothy's Mocha Java K-Cup®:I ordered the Timothy's mocha java and the Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha to try both. The Timothy's has no chocolate flavor and the Cafe Escapes tastes like hot chocolate. Mocha should taste like coffee with a medium hint of chocolate. Neither of these hit the mark for a mocha. Either add more chocolate to the Timothy's or add more coffee to the Cafe Escapes, but don't call these mocha.Comment on this review5/17/2011(0 of 1 customers found this review helpful) 5.0The best tasting medium roast coffee By Aleenfrom Ashland, NHAbout Me Everyday DrinkerProsDeliciousLove itMy every day coffeeMy favoriteConsBest UsesComments about Timothy's Coffee Timothy's Mocha Java K-Cup®:I love this coffee. Too bad some of the other reviewers didn't understand that Mocha in the name does not refer to chocolate, but to a type of coffee, because the low ratings were totally undeserved.Comment on this review2/8/2011 5.0My favorite By Jofrom Indianapolis, INAbout Me Average JoeProsNot BitterPleasing AromaSmooth TasteConsBest UsesSingle-Cup/PodsComments about Timothy's Coffee Timothy's Mocha Java K-Cup®:I have tried quite a few varieites, but this one is my favorite. By Seerfrom VermontProsAttractive Mouthfeel/BodyBalanced AcidityConsBest UsesComments about Timothy's Coffee Timothy's Mocha Java K-Cup®:For a couple of the previous contributors, Mocha Java has nothing to do with chocolate; Mocha indicates the region where it was grown. It's actually a very good middle-of-the-road coffee.Comment on this review11/13/2010(6 of 10 customers found this review helpful) 1.0Where's the Mocha? By All Boys Momfrom Peyton, COAbout Me Coffee ConnoisseurProsConsNot Enough FlavorBest UsesSingle-Cup/PodsComments about Timothy's Coffee Timothy's Mocha Java K-Cup®:To be fair I have to rate this product also as I just rated Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha and I purchased both to hedge my bets. The Timothy's Mocha Java is truly just a mild coffee with no mocha taste involved. I ordered both to ensure that we received one that would please the family. Went down in flames on both. One with no coffee taste - all cocoa instead and this one with no mocha or cocoa taste. Hoping some day to find one that truly is a mix of both which is what we are looking for. Hope our trial and error helps others when deciding which to purchase.Comment on this review10/16/2010 5.0Beautiful Mellow Flavor By beccawhitfrom Cincinnati - Northern KentuckyAbout Me Average JoeProsAttractive Mouthfeel/BodyBalanced AcidityNot BitterSmooth TasteConsBest UsesSingle-Cup/PodsComments about Timothy's Coffee Timothy's Mocha Java K-Cup®:Mocha Java is one of my favorites. It has a mild chocolate undertone that doesn't overpower the great coffee taste.
