My Favorite Coffee
Comments about Timothy's Coffee Timothy's Cinnamon Pastry K-Cup:
I generally drink light to medium roasted flavored coffees and like trying new flavors but this one has been my number 1 favorite for quite some time. Love the cinnamon flavor, tastes as good as it smells.

Cinnamon Pastry could use just a bit more cinnamon. Maybe you could call it «Cinnamon BOLD» or «Cinnamon Twist»

I ordered this after reading reviews. Many flavored coffees have an unpleasant aftertaste, but I like the good ones. This is a GREAT one. I am so happy I took the chance. Adding some milk and equal, this reminded me of the cinnamin dolce latte at Starbucks. It isn't very strong coffee, which I like, so I have two cups a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. I will be ordering more.
I would buy this product again and again

This is a great tasting coffee. Just enough cinnamon to make it an enjoyable cup of coffee.

While this is not my all time favorite cinnamon flavored coffee, it comes in a very close second. (my favorite is brewed in a regular pot - which I never use anymore since I got my Keurig ) I would like a little more cinnamon flavor and a little more cinnamon aroma. Overall it is a good coffee, good enough for me to be coming back to order my 2nd box and I have a hunch I'll be back for more.

About Me Average Jane
Cinnamon flavor is well balanced with the coffee flavor. You can taste both equally. No artifical aftertaste. I'm not usually one for flavored coffee, but this one tastes really good. I used to spice my own coffee grounds before I got a k-cup maker. This is the closest thing to my own blend.

I am not a fan of flavored coffees, but my family loves this blend. It has a fantastic aroma.

About Me Coffee Professional
Not a bad cinnamon coffee, but without that elusive knock-out flavor I'm looking for...the aftertaste some reviewers mention is in my opinion not a chemical taste but simply the taste of cinnamon without sugar added. It goes away if you sweeten your cup. I drink coffee black at most times, but with a bit of milk this makes a nice change up for me. I am a lover of cinnamon and think this coffee would benefit if the 'pastry' label was dripped, more cinnamon was added and the roast was darkened ever so slightly. As it is, it is on the light side of medium, and this leaves the cinnamon a little lost in the brew, looking for something to hang its hat on, so to speak.
