The flavors of this rich, darker roast blend reflect hearty West Coast style roasts. Dark roasted Indonesian coffees offer bountiful sweetness and syrupy notes. A touch of East African beans adds an element of berry-hued brightness to the blend's bold flavor foundations.
A great tasting cup of coffee can give you a whole new perspective. It's a moment to pause, reflect, and reprioritize. That moment is what inspires us to make coffee that benefits everyone it touches. From carefully sourcing and roasting the highest quality beans, to supporting small farms and protecting the environment, we focus on what's important.
That's why we at Green Mountain Coffee® believe a good cup of coffee can change your day... but a great cup of coffee can help change the world.

Comments about Green Mountain Coffee K-Cup Lake & Lodge:
We keep about 8 different varieties of K cups. This is a staple for my husband and me and I recommend it to my guests. My daughter had 3 varieties she bought (L&L, Nantucket, Breakfast Blend)but has narrowed down to this one flavor/roast. It's what I drink when I want a relaxing, smooth, lighter coffee.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Love the smoky flavor and aroma. Very unique to me, but it tastes fantastic. Love it in the morning! It really sort of does remind me of being next to a lake.

Taste was terrible, I was disappointed and I will either save for guests or give to someone else who has a brewer.

Each morning I switch on my Keurig and make my coffee...I must say that I thought Vermont Blend was my favorite but I love this coffee...it has a slightly bold flavor, has a wonderful aroma, is not acidic. I honestly can't find anything bad to say about it.As a matter of fact, I cant wait for my next order to come in so I'm ordering more today! I hope they never stop making this coffee!

Lake & Lodge Great choice!

This is my favorite of all the Green Mountain blends. Very difficult to find on supermarket shelfs here in bay area. Have it on my automatic shipments list.
My number one pick.
Of all the coffees I have tried, this is my favorite. It is a bold coffee without the bitter aftertaste of most dark roasts. If you like a bold cup without the bitter taste, you won't go wrong with this coffee.
A staple in my monthly shipment

NOT a dark roast
By Agnes Nutter
from Washington, DC
This has the same roast profile as the Dark Magic and is no where near as dark. I chose it because of the roast profile and because it popped up when I searched for dark roasts. It does not taste bad, but it is not dark at all.
