But I find myself missing drinking flavored coffees because everything offered by GMCR is a light roast. When you brew they coffee it smells incredible. But when I drink it, I find that I am let down. I add a splash of milk (usually Goat) and I have to sit down and take a moment to lose myself in my cup, yes it is THAT good! Seems like GM could have kept that AND offered a light roast version too. Apparently I was drinking the dark roast version about a year or more ago. I loved it. A month ago I got back into coffee and bought a box of this light roast and was not satisfied - no flavor in it. I thought maybe I got the wrong kind so ordered online. My 2 boxes of regular and 1 box of decaf haven't even arrived yet and I just realized I'm not going to like them because they are the light roast I don't like.
