I tried some of this half-caff at my mother-in-law's house. It's okay. I found it to be waaaaaay too weak on the 10 oz. brew setting, but tolerable on the mid-sized setting (8 oz?). It just didn't have much of that "coffee" depth I love, but on the plus side, I went to sleep at my normal bedtime that night. I drink this when we have dessert with the in-laws after a big meal and it has just the right balance of caffeine to keep me alert throughout post-dinner visiting, but not so much that I can't sleep a few hours later. I prefer medium roast even up to Dark Magic. I am under a lot of stress and my coffee jitters were getting the best of me, so I gave Half-Caff a try. Yum! Not watery or weak. It's a nice medium blend as far as I'm concerned. I still have my 3 cups in the morning and the jitters are no longer a problem.
