It cracks me up when people see how dark it's roasted, and yet still get it expecting it to be lighter than it is. If you like less acidity or bite, go with a lighter roast, or even a flavored coffee. If you like your coffee to put hair in places it normally doesn't go- go with a darker roast. I personally loved this because the flavor was amazing. Very strong body, and it's great I made this the way I normally made my coffee with the sugar and cream, but this was the first to hold up to my standards of why I pay coffee houses mega bucks for the same flavor, strength and "coffee scent", made my way.I'll definitely give this 2 thumbs up- that is after I put down the cup. :) Seriously, it's an awesome coffee, that if you can stomach a darker roast, get this.
