Notes From Origin In the face of rising labor costs, one of the co-ops we buy from, Divisoria, in Northern Peru, has reached back to an ancient Andean indigenous concept called ayni. The Peruvian government is rebuilding a road in the co-op's region, which is a good thing. But the government has been paying better wages than the co-op farmers can for their hired help during the busy season, making it hard for them to find help when they need it most. So the farmers in the co-op are taking turns helping each other – in a reciprocal and rotating way – ayni – in order to get by. In addition, the co-op itself has dedicated two trucks to help pick up and deliver coffee instead of farmers having to do it themselves with their own vehicles.

We are on the verge of riots here (kidding, sort of). Why do you still sell it in the bag and not the cups? Please reconsider! It's the best coffee I've had!Primary use:PersonalComment on this review1/14/2012 5.0bad decision on gmc By RAINFOREST NUTTERfrom NJAbout Me Everyday DrinkerProsGreat TasteConsBest UsesComments about Green Mountain Coffee K-Cup FT Rainforest Nut:It was a sad day when i learned rainforest nut was discontinued! By indydesignerfrom Indianapolis, INAbout Me Everyday DrinkerProsConsBest UsesAnytimeComments about Green Mountain Coffee K-Cup FT Rainforest Nut:Wow, who in the heck messes with the unbelievable success of Rain Forest Nut? Who in their right mind would discontinue that K-cup/flavor?I, too, like others will purchase my k-cups from somewhere else. Get rid of lines that don't sell much. Somebody at that company is surely not thinking right.Primary use:PersonalComment on this reviewDisplaying reviews 1-3Back to top
