It appeared to me that this was due to a fault at ONE of their Packaging Facilities. When it repeatedly occurred in my Keurig, I alerted Green Mountain as to the problem; then offered them details to help them determine / isolate the source of failure(s). They promptly and courteously responded back with assistance. In return, Green Mountain sent me 'Free Of Charge' a larger box of this Select Coffee. This box of newer K-Cups reveals a different Packaging-Facility; and Yes, they work Perfectly, and taste even better.
