Fair Trade revenue and funding from various institutions have allowed PRODECOOP to install a quality control center and cupping lab. PRODECOOP has also implemented quality standards for its dry-milling process and is currently creating a quality control center to regulate its export production.

The bold flavor/intensity, etc. is perfect. I usually use 12 oz of water, but sometimes only 8.
