This dark-roast blend offers a resonant, pungent aroma with great range and complexity: smoke, toast, chocolate, a hint of flowers and vanilla. In the cup you'll find a full body, highlighted hints of chocolate and dried fruit.

Our Fair Trade Organic Espresso Blend is sourced from a number of origins to display both balance and intensity. We look to Indonesia for syrupy body and depth, and the America's for chocolate notes and velvety richness.

With revenues from Fair Trade sales, PRODECOOP has purchased a dry mill, and new machinery and equipment, all of which contribute to the cooperative’s quality standards. Fair Trade revenue and funding from various institutions have allowed PRODECOOP to install a quality control center and cupping lab. PRODECOOP has also implemented quality standards for its dry milling process and is currently creating a quality control center to regulate its export production
