Freshly roasted beans in-house, the smell still in my hair after I left the building... After moving 3100+ miles away, being able to order the beans kept me looking forward to that fragrant package... Then, the coffee changed. And changed again. Each time the hazelnut has lost more of it's rich, buttery flavor and room-filling fragrance. I'd read it had been recently reformulated to be closer to the old flavor, and tried some this past summer, to mixed results. Closer, but no cupie doll... Ready to try it once again I find I can no longer order it in Whole Bean? You used to have the best beans, hands down(and I used to order more than just the Hazelnut, but that has always been my favorite) - now you seem to be focused on absorbing other coffee companies and shoving K-Cups down my throat.
