To me, this blend embodies everything that is good about a well made cup of coffee. The aroma is pleasing, but not overpowering. It tastes like coffee should - not too strong, in no way bitter, and completely smooth. Plus there are subtle tastes of chocolate and caramel that are always welcome in my cup. This is definitely a cup of coffee that I enjoy drinking at all times of the day, and if it weren't because this is a seasonal blend, I would be drinking this throughout the year. This perfect balance and harmony between all of this coffee's qualities is its greatest strength, but it's also its one weakness. As good as it may be, there was nothing here that really stood out. Nothing that made me set my mug down, sit back, and think about how I had just been sent to coffee heaven.
