The first cup I brewed was on the 10oz setting and the finished product was too watery. The second cup I brewed was on the 8oz setting. For a DARK chocolate flavor, this hot cocoa was too sweet for my liking. Personally, I've had success with these. First, make sure you shake the container, use only 8-10oz of water, and run a rinse cycle with your machine afterwards. No issues and almost a box gone now...The cocoa is different than powdered packets. It's dark and tastes pretty good. I'll admit it does have "too-sweet" taste at times. Obviously this product is not going to compare to a couple-dollars-per-cup coffeehouse cocoa, or even some specialty cocoas you can buy.
