Product Details Return to Top Tasting Notes When cocoa and coffee get together, delicious things happen. Delectably sweet and surprisingly delicate, our Café Mocha’s a sophisticated treat that’ll make your “me time” more amazing. Notes: This product contains milk. Caffeine content is estimated at less than 50 mg per serving (versus 100-150 mg in Arabica coffee). Contains a combination of natural and artificial sweeteners. Brewing Tips: For best results, we recommend that you: Store Mocha K-Cup packs at room temperature. Use the 8-oz. setting on your brewer. Run a hot water brew cycle (without apack) after brewing Mocha. Our mocha brews hot! Always test before serving to young children. Of course it's good.. But It really needs more coffee. Usually I'll brew a half cup of this and a half of regular coffee and throw it together.. That usually does the trick for me. But please.. MORE. By Sandyfrom Greenville, NCAbout Me FoodieProsConsUnpleasant AftertasteUnpleasant FlavorBest UsesComments about K-Cup Cafe Escapes Mocha:I was shocked to brew this today. It came out looking like water, and the K cup was empty when it was through. I thought, "What on earth???" After looking at the box I found that this is some kind of sweet concoction laced with artificial sweeteners. I love Green Mountain because I can count on no artificial additives or sweeteners, just plain delicious coffee. Green Mountain needs to make this clear on their website.Comment on this review4/4/2013 1.0Instant Coffee Mix By Deefrom West Melbourne, FlAbout Me Average JoeProsConsThin Or Watery Mouthfeel/BodyBest UsesComments about K-Cup Cafe Escapes Mocha:I should have read more before ordering. This is an instant coffee/hot chocolate mix & I thought is was ground flavored coffee. They taste more like a hot chocolate than a mocha coffee. Still really good though!Comment on this review2/1/2013(0 of 1 customers found this review helpful) 1.0Pretty Terrible By Nicolefrom Savannah, GaAbout Me Coffee LoverProsConsThin Or Watery Mouthfeel/BodyUnpleasant AftertasteUnpleasant FlavorBest UsesComments about K-Cup Cafe Escapes Mocha:This was pretty awful. I was expecting a chocolate flavored coffee and was instead smacked in the face with what tasted like chocolate-flavored artificial sweetener. The artificial sweetener completely dominates. Stirring in powdered hot chocolate mix helped a little but the aftertaste is still in my mouth.Comment on this review1/5/2013(1 of 2 customers found this review helpful) 1.0Not very tasty..... I would rather drink the powdered stuff from the gas station than this. Sorry it just tasted really bad.Comment on this review1/2/2013(2 of 5 customers found this review helpful) 2.0Still Looking By Alsatian Grandmafrom MarylandAbout Me FoodieProsConsUnpleasant AftertasteUnpleasant FlavorBest UsesComments about K-Cup Cafe Escapes Mocha:My family is of French descent, and my grandmother and father were chefs. Lately we've been trying to find a definitive coffee mocha for our Keurig brewer; this is the third one we've tried. I suspect that most flavored coffees are made to appeal to latte drinkers and are engineered to be consumed with a hefty dose of cream or milk plus sugar. My elder daughter, who drinks cafe au lait, finds this one acceptable; however, my younger daughter (also a chef) and myself, who prefer our coffee black, find it suggestive of neither chocolate nor coffee, with an artificial/chemical tang and an unpleasant aftertaste. Pleasing all of us may be asking for the impossible, but we'll keep looking!Comment on this review12/11/2012(2 of 3 customers found this review helpful) 5.0Just As Good As A Coffee Shop Coffee By Alysha Fan of Mochafrom Bristol, CTAbout Me Busy Body, FoodieProsChocolateyCoffee And Hot CocoaPleasing AromaSmooth TasteConsNaBest UsesFamily PartiesGiftsSingle-Cup/PodsComments about K-Cup Cafe Escapes Mocha:This product is perfect in a single-serving k-cup. It is brewed in seconds, all I do is add some cream to cool it down. It is the perfect blend of coffee and hot cocoa together and is not too chocolatey that you can't taste the coffee. I don't have any complaints about this product, I would reccomend it to all my friends and family and you will too once you try it for yourself.Comment on this review12/5/2012(4 of 5 customers found this review helpful) 3.0Not so bad. Needs adjusting By WrecklessLovefrom Pittsburgh, PAAbout Me Average JoeProsNot BitterPleasing AromaSmooth TasteConsNot Enough FlavorThin Or Watery Mouthfeel/BodyBest UsesComments about K-Cup Cafe Escapes Mocha:I guess the number one dislike people have is that its not enough coffee. I dont have that complaint as im not a big coffee drinker. I also dont like the weired feeling of a lot of caffeine. So this was almost perfect for me. By itself it was ok. I think its a better taste if u manipulate it. I put in 2 spoons of cocoa and a spoon of warm milk and it was great! However, i shouldnt HAVE to do that to make it taste great lol if ur looking for a strong coffee tasting Mocha, i suggest u brew ur own favorite coffee kcup over a couple spoonfuls of cocoa or chocolate sauce. this definitely is more hot chocolate than it is coffeeComment on this review12/4/2012(0 of 2 customers found this review helpful) 1.0Description not detailed enough By Beemerbabefrom Boston MAProsConsNot Enough FlavorUnpleasant AftertasteUnpleasant FlavorBest UsesComments about K-Cup Cafe Escapes Mocha:This item already had sweeetner and powered milk in it. I did not know that and would not have purchased. it tasted very artificial with a strange aftertaste. I thought it would be real coffee with a chocolate flavor.Comment on this reviewDisplaying reviews 1-10Back to topPrevious | Next »
