Looking at the rounded corners and spout, you can almost imagine what this syrup pitcher looked and felt like before the kiln fires solidified the clay. Like all Todd's pieces, it has folk art quality that is only found in handmade work. Emblazoned with a green maple leaf. Microwave and dishwasher safe.
  • Holds 8-oz.

Potter Todd Piker developed his craft the old-fashioned way -- at the side of master potter Michael Cardew as part of a two-year apprenticeship in England, where Todd learned how to absorb and assimilate diverse influences, from Orient to Africa to Europe. Today, as owner of Cornwall Bridge Pottery in Connecticut, Todd spends his time weaving folk art inspirations into a complex tapestry whose results look as good in your hutch as they do on your table.
