A coffee press (or cafetiere) is a classic method of coffee brewing. Spoon in coarsely-ground coffee, pour over water that's just off the boil, set the lid in place and let the coffee steep for about four minutes. When you're ready, slowly press the coffee grounds to the bottom of the pot, and enjoy!
