Love it!
We also use this through a service. The service is not great but the coffee is and we have only had the coffee maker break twice in 2 years. It does need to be serviced and cleaned about every other month and has to have water run through it after the cocoas. We probably use 40-50 k-cups a day with some coffee addicts. Thank goodness it is so sturdy. It gets stressful here without coffee.
