You can find Chasworth Pottery in the northwestern corner of Vermont, on a small family farm near the shores of Lake
Champlain. The studio sits between the barn (home to longwool sheep and Angora goats) and the chicken house. This striking,
hand-thrown mug reflects the natural beauty of its surroundings: muted blue colors, a twig-like swirl, and an earthy
elegance.

Marcia came to Vermont with her husband from the busy hubbub of city life working in the corporate world, to pursue her artistic dreams in Vermonts' serene country setting to start her business entitled Chasworth Pottery. Living on a 200 year old family farm in northwestern Vermont, she has a clay studio, Leicaster Longwool Sheep, Angora Goats and a chicken house filled with lively chickens. Marcia uses nature and gardening as her inspiration for her creations, which often produces pottery of a beautiful earthy nature, such as this Chasworth Mug.
